I'm Carla Duda, Registered Clinical Counsellor. Thank you for visiting. My counselling work serves to strengthen my clients' relationships, deepen their connections, and improve their health and well-being. I provide therapy for a range of conditions. My work is informed by a variety of theories and approaches including existential-humanism, cognitive behaviour therapy, emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, and attachment theory.
