My work includes a particular focus on painful relationship experiences in childhood and adulthood, and their effects on trust, identity, and emotional wellbeing.

How we can work together
We begin with what is happening for you and what feels most important now. Together, we can make sense of difficult experiences, explore patterns, attend to grief, and consider boundaries and choices that support your wellbeing.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and warm. We will work at a pace we agree on together, with room for uncertainty and questions.
