My approach is thoughtful, practical and compassionate. Together we'll understand why you're feeling stuck, develop healthier ways of responding, and build meaningful change that lasts.
Good therapy helps us work both with the pain and suffering we experience, and it empowers us to understand what, and how, we can change. This can open possibilities: for greater peace, stronger relationships, and a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.
