Life can become overwhelming in ways we never expected. Whether you're navigating a specific crisis or have simply begun to feel disconnected from yourself, therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and begin moving toward meaningful change.
If your concerns aren't listed here, you're still welcome to reach out. Every person's story is unique, and counselling is tailored to your individual needs.
Therapy isn't about "fixing" you—it's about helping you better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Together we will explore what has brought you to counselling, identify what's getting in the way of the life you want, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My role is to provide a compassionate, thoughtful, and collaborative space where you can safely explore difficult emotions, gain new perspectives, and develop practical ways of responding to life's challenges.
Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling understood, supported, and more hopeful, with greater clarity about themselves and the choices ahead.
My work is grounded in existential-humanistic therapy and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), grief therapy, trauma-informed practice, and brain health. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I consider the whole person—your emotional, psychological, relational, physical, and spiritual well-being.
I believe meaningful change happens through understanding ourselves more deeply, taking responsibility for the choices available to us, and living in greater alignment with our values.
Every therapeutic relationship is unique, and together we'll work at a pace that feels respectful, manageable, and supportive.
When you work with me, you can expect:
Healing doesn't mean life becomes free of hardship. It means developing the understanding, resilience, and freedom to respond to life's challenges in ways that reflect who you are and the life you want to create.
